Ohio Restaurant Administrative Corporation (ORAC) is an Ohio corporation formed on December 19, 1975 and is controlled by Mr. James Delmore. ORAC conducts its business at 3479 #A South High Street, Columbus Ohio 43207. 

ORAC has a strong corporate base led by Mr. James M. Delmore, President & CEO. Mr. Delmore is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ORAC. Mr. Delmore first became involved in the steakhouse business in 1975 as a Bonanza Restaurant franchisee in Portsmouth, Ohio. After 5 years of operating a successful Bonanza Restaurant, Mr. Delmore purchased a portion of the territory of ORAC from U.S.A. Cafe’s, the parent company of Bonanza and Mr. Russ Brook. Mr. Ervin P. Campbell Jr CPA is the Executive Vice President and Controller of ORAC. Mr. Campbell joined the company in 1985 after serving in the Accounting Department of Marshall University. Mrs. Sarah Ann Delmore is the corporate Secretary. She has been with the company since its beginning in April of 1980.
