Ohio Restaurant Administrative Corporation (ORAC) is an Ohio corporation formed on December 19, 1975 and is controlled by Mr. James M. Delmore. ORAC conducts its business at 6343 Grassmere Dr. Westerville Ohio 43082. 

ORAC has a strong corporate base led by Mr. Delmore, President & CEO. Mr. Delmore is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ORAC. Mr. Delmore first became involved in the steakhouse business in 1975 as a Bonanza Restaurant franchisee in Portsmouth, Ohio. After 5 years of operating a successful Bonanza Restaurant, Mr. Delmore purchased a portion of the territory of ORAC from U.S.A. Cafe’s, the parent company of Bonanza and Mr. Russ Brook.

The Accounting office for Mid America Restaurant Ventures, operating company, is located at 601 E Main St., Jackson, Ohio 45640 (740-288-1710). Jason Brandau is the office manager. Mrs. Sarah Ann Delmore is the corporate Secretary. She has been with the company since its beginning in April of 1980.
